Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of a water tray, to eliminate the time and labor for throwing away water and to uniformly dry dishes by composing a heat plate by an upper heat plate and a lower heat plate, forming a water passing hole on the upper heat plate and opening a space between the upper heat plate and the lower heat plate through a ventilation port to the outside of a main body. CONSTITUTION: The heat plate 3 is formed into double structure of the upper heat plate 3a and the lower heat plate 3b. The upper heat plate 3a is tilted in one direction and is provided with a water discharge hole 3b on the lowest part. The water dropped from the dishes is made to flow on the surface of the upper heat plate 3a, dropped from the water discharge hole 3b and accumulated on the lower heat plate 3c. The space between the upper heat plate 3a and the lower heat plate 3c is opened through a discharge port 3d provided on the outer side of the main body 1 to the outside. Radiation and convection heat from a heat generating line 8 go up and uniformly heat the lower heat plate 3c and the accumulated water is turned to steam and discharged from the discharge port 3d to the outside of the main body. In the meantime, the upper heat plate 3a is heated by the lower heat plate 3c and the heating body 2 for heating and the heat of the upper heat plate 3a is turned to a rising air flow, takes the moisture of waterdrops stuck to the dishes and is discharged from the discharge port 6 of a lid body 5 to the outside. Thus, the need of throwing away the water every time is eliminated and drying is uniformly performed.
