PURPOSE:To represent perfect pattern on a spherical surface by a method wherein a parison is molded and simultaneously an original pattern, which is scaled down in every direction by the predetermined reduced scale, is transferred onto the surface of the parison and, after that, blow-molded into a finished product of desired shape and simultaneously the original pattern on the surface of the parison is enlarged in every direction. CONSTITUTION:The pattern, which is drawn at equal intervals with vinyl-based ink, of a transfer film is the one, which is produced by drawing an original pattern 14 transferred onto the surface of a parison by the reduced scale under the consideration of the elongation of the transfer film. The degree of elongation of the ink, with which the pattern 61 on the transfer film is drawn, is selected properly in consideration of the enlargement ratio of the pattern. Molten resin poured from the tip of the projected mold 31 of a fixed mold 3 presses the transfer film 6 to the inner surface of a mold cavity m1, resulting in transferring the pattern of the transfer film 6 onto the surface of the parison 1. The parison 1 is heated and at the same time inflated by pressure air, which is blown in from a mouth part 12. In the cask-shaped parison 1, its spherical belly part 21 is formed along a spherical mold cavity m2.
