Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a seal material from wear by providing a pressure responsive acting unit in a pressure operating chamber provided between a valve box and a cylinder, in the case of a device providing a reciprocating motion member in the cylinder communicating with the inside of a valve chamber of the valve box. CONSTITUTION:Forming a valve chamber 1 in a valve box 2 having inlet and outlet ports 6, 7 providing valves 10, 11, a pressure operating chamber 5 is provided being successively lined with the chamber 1 communicating with an opening hole 15 provided in the side wall of this valve chamber 1.
