A circumferential passage which consists of the hole 28 of the yokes 8a and 8c, gap between the inner surface of the case body 6a and the outer surfaces of the magnets 7a-7d, holes 34a and 34b of the yoke 8b gap between the inner surfaces of the sleeves 10a and 10b and the outer surfaces of the cylindrical parts 27 and 33 of the yokes 8a-8c, and the opened port 32 of the yoke 8b is formed around the permanent magnets 7a-7d of the blocks M1 and M2, and the waterproof treatment such as Teflon coating is applied on the outer surfaces of the permanent magnets 7a-7d.
