CONSTITUTION:In a lubricating device in which a main lubricating oil passage 12 serving as the discharge side pipe of an oil pump 7 driven by an engine is connected to the lubricated parts such as the inside of a rotor, etc., a branch portion 17 is connected on the way of the main lubricating oil passage 12 and a rotary valve 18 serving as a relief valve opened at the time of an light load of the engine is connected to the branch portion 17. This rotary valve 18 is constructed in such a way that a cylindrical valve body 23 is slidably arranged in the hole portion 22 of a housing 19 and the communicating area between a through hole 25 and a port 24 is changeable by the operation of an actuator 28. Further, takeoff passages 40, 41 for supplying lubricating oil to a supercharger 38 and an oil pump 39 are connected on the way of the lubricating oil passage 12 on the upper stream side of the valve 18.
