Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit reinforcing long fibers to be buried uniformly and continuously in extruding direction, by a method wherein the reinforcing long fibers are inserted into a molding tube through the hole of a guide tubular body while a molding matrix is loaded into the molding tube to extrude it. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing long fibers 22 are inserted into a molding tube 2 through the hole 14 of a guide tubular body 4 while the molding tube 2 is filled with a molding matrix 23. The reinforcing long fibers 22 are supplied continuously from the reeling body 24 of alkali-proof glass, for example. Cement mortar, for example, is used as the molding matrix 33. A pushing body 3 is advanced toward the tip end of the molding tube 2 by a hydraulic cylinder 15 whereby the molding matrix 23 is extruded out of the outlet port 8 of the molding tube. Then, the reinforcing long fibers 22 are extruded out of the outlet port 8 of the molding tube together with the molding matrix 23. According to this method, the long fibers 22 are buried into the extrusion molded form 25 uniformly along the direction of the extrusion. Further, the long fibers 22 are supplied continuously whereby they may be buried continuously along the whole length of the extrusion molded form 25.
