Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of breakage and density difference of an extruded molded form, by a method wherein a given amount of small granular material, such as pellet or the like, is supplied as body in accordance with he amount of the molded form extruded from a vacuum type kneading and molding machine. CONSTITUTION:When a ferrite tube 30phiX40phiX1000l(mm), for example, is to be produced, material, obtained by kneading ferrite powder, binder, water and plasticizing agent at the blending ratio in weight of 100/1-5/20-30/1-5 sufficiently, is formed into small granular body of the degree of 5phiX10l(mm) previously by extrusion molding in order to improve the flowing property thereof, then, the material is supplied to the material throwing port 6 of an extrusion molder 1 by a parts feeder 9 at the rate of 10-30g/sec. The material body, thrown by a screw shaft 4 driven by a motor 7 at the rotation of 12 rpm, is sent to the front side of a slit 5 with the hole of 5-10phi(mm), further, is sent into mold 2 of 30phiX40phi(mm) by another screw shaft 3 driven by another motor 8 with the rotation of 12 rpm and is compressed, thereafter, the material body is extruded from the tip end of the mold 2.
