Namely the worker applies the reading terminal 11f of the code reader 11 on the label R by inserting it from the end of the steel pipe P on a skid 12 to read the bar code thereof. And this bar code is subjected to a signal processing inside a reader main body 11a and transmitted to a wireless relay transceiver 13 by a wireless device 11b.
