Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Plural electron gun units 6-1-6-4 are disposed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the raw material vessel 4 so as not to form the clearance between belt type electron beams 7 of the neighboring electron gun units 6-1-6-4 in the longitudinal direction of the raw material vessel 4. In this state, when accelerating voltages are respectively impressed to the electron gun units 6-1-6-4, the electron beams 7 are projected in a continuous straight line on the raw material 3 by the cooperation of the plural electron gun units 6-1-6-4 so that the raw material is uniformly heated. As a result, a preferable vapor stream containing isotope is obtained and the excitation and the ionization of isotope by laser rays are efficiently carried out.
