Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention () When the conventional vertical tile holder described above is used, the tile 5 that has gone through the firing process is distorted in the curvature of the valley (the curvature on the tail side) as shown in Fig. 2. is the dotted line a
This causes a distortion in which the curvature on the head side becomes shallower as shown in dotted line b, and the curvature on the head side becomes deeper as shown in dotted line b, which often results in defective products. Therefore, if a roof is covered with such defective tiles 5, gaps will be created in the overlapped portions of the tiles (the overlapped portions of the bottom and top), causing rain leaks.

There are two main reasons why tiles 5 become defective as described above.

The first reason is that white roof tiles are press-formed flat tiles, so they have residual stress inside them. For this reason, the residual stress appears (becomes obvious) during the tile firing process, causing deformation in which the curvature of the valley becomes smaller. At the same time, the material of the tile has the property of shrinking due to heat, which also causes deformation in which the curvature of the valley becomes smaller.

The second cause is that, as shown in FIG. Two places on both sides of the front edge are supported by the lower end supports 4, 4 and held upright, but during the firing process, the vertical bars 2
thermally expands and expands, increasing the distance between the horizontal frame members 1, 1, and thus increasing the distance between the lower end support portions 4, 4 on both sides. As a result, the tile 5 is pushed outward by the lower end supports 4, 4, in a direction that increases the curvature of the valley, causing the tile 5 to shrink during the firing process and to reduce residual stress. It resists the deformation that emerges and the curvature of the valley becomes smaller, or conversely, the curvature of the lower part (the butt part) of the tile becomes even greater. However, in the upper part (head part) of the tile 5, the above-mentioned shrinkage phenomenon occurs freely and the concave curvature deforms to become smaller, so the curvature of the valley eventually becomes distorted and the product becomes defective. do.

() Next, the above-mentioned Utility Model 55-83692
In the case of the vertical tile holder described in the publication, the lower end support part is provided in a position parallel to the upper support part, so the vertically oriented tile has its curved convex surface supported by the lower end support part and the back It can only be used in a manner in which the upper part is supported by leaning against the upper support part, that is, only one tile can be held on each side of one upper support part. Therefore, it is disadvantageous to efficiently stand and hold a large number of roof tiles by compacting them in pitches, which in turn reduces the amount of roof tiles charged into the furnace, resulting in poor productivity. This is an issue that needs to be solved. It's summery.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to prevent tiles from becoming defective products due to distortion in the curvature of the valley during the normal firing process of white tiles, and also to efficiently hold tiles in large numbers by keeping them tightly packed. An object of the present invention is to provide a vertical tile holder having an improved configuration that contributes to improving the productivity of tiles.

Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the problems of the above-mentioned prior art, the vertical tile holder according to this invention is
As shown in the example shown in the figures, the tile has a lower end support part that supports the front edge of the lower end of the tile, and an upper support part that supports the back side of the tile, and the tile is held upright in an almost vertical position. In the vertical holder, the upper support portions 3 are provided on the horizontal frame members 1, 1 which are arranged approximately in parallel, and the vertical beam 2 is placed horizontally in the middle position between the two adjacent upper support portions 3, 3. It was provided by being fixed across the frame members 1,1. This vertical beam 2 has lower end support portions 6a, 6a formed at both ends in a direction parallel to the horizontal frame member 1 at a substantially central position between the horizontal frame members 1, 1, and these two lower end support portions. A member 6 is attached so that the interval c between the tiles 6a and 6a is such that the roof tiles 5, 5 held vertically against the upper support parts 3, 3 on both sides do not come into contact with each other. Further, the distance d when looking at the relationship between the lower end support part 6a and the upper support part 3 in a plan view is set to an appropriate dimension for holding the vertically oriented roof tile 5 upright in an almost vertical position. shall be.

Function The vertically oriented tile 5 has its lower end straddled over the horizontal frame members 1, 1, and the approximate center of the front edge of the lower end is connected to the lower end support part 6.
A is fixed and supported, and the upper part of the back is propped up against the upper support part 3 to be held.

In addition, since the vertically oriented tiles 5 are held in a nearly vertical posture by the lower end support portion 6a and the upper support portion 3 separated by the distance d, it is advantageous to narrow the holding pitch of the tiles 5, and There is less chance of distortion during the firing process due to the unbalance of the tile's own weight. Moreover, it is possible to hold a total of two roof tiles 5, 5, one on both sides of one upper support part 3,
A large number of roof tiles 5 can be efficiently held by tightly packing them.

Furthermore, even if the tile 5 shrinks during the firing process or undergoes deformation in which the curvature of the valley becomes smaller due to the appearance of internal residual stress, the lower end of the tile 5 will exceed the frictional force with the horizontal frame members 1, 1 on which it is placed. Since the tile 5 is not constrained by the above, the deformation is allowed, and the curvature of the valley of the tile 5 changes almost uniformly from its bottom (lower end) to its head (upper end) and is not distorted.

The steel member 6 has a rectangular shape with a diagonal length c of about 70 mm when viewed in plan as shown in Fig. 5, and a height of 20 mm.
This steel member 6, which has a rectangular cylindrical shape of about mm in diameter, is fixed by welding to stand upright on the vertical frame 2 with its diagonal line substantially parallel to the horizontal frame member 1. a and 6a are lower end support parts. The distance d when viewing the relationship between the lower end support part 6a and the front edge of the upper support part 3 in a plan view is an appropriate dimension (for example, d = about 20mm). This is to reduce the pitch at which the tiles 5 are held upright and to prevent distortion from occurring during the firing process due to an imbalance in the weight of the tiles 5.

The two vertically oriented tiles 5, 5 (the relationship between the second and third tiles from the left in FIG. 5), which are supported by and facing each other, are made as short as possible to the extent that they do not come into contact with each other. This is to hold the tiles 5 in as many pitches as possible, and is particularly significant in preventing glazed tiles from adhering and becoming defective, and in preventing uneven firing of the tiles.

This vertical tile holder is used by being placed on a cart (kiln car), and the vertical tile 5 is placed with its lower part straddled over the left and right horizontal frame members 1, 1. The center part of the front edge of the lower end is connected to the lower end support part 6a or 6.

Therefore, when the tile 5 shrinks in the firing process or the curvature of the valley decreases due to the action of residual stress, the lower end of the tile 5 is restrained by forces other than the frictional force of the portion in contact with the horizontal frame members 1, 1. Since the tile 5 is not affected by this, the tile 5 contracts almost uniformly from the bottom to the top, and the curvature of the valley changes uniformly. Therefore, the curvature of the valley does not partially change and cause distortion, which does not result in a defective product.

Second Embodiment In the case of the vertical tile holder shown in FIG. A set of horizontal frame members 1, 1 arranged at parallel intervals of about 100 mm is fixed by bridge welding. Then, a steel member 7, which is a round steel rod bent in a lattice shape, is placed at the center of the pair of vertical bars 2, 2, that is, at approximately the center between the horizontal frame members 1, 1. It spans parallel to the member 1, and its lower ends are fixed to the vertical bars 2, 2 by welding, so that both ends serve as lower end supports. The length of the steel member 7 in the direction parallel to the horizontal frame member 1 is such that the vertical tiles supported by the lower end support portions at both ends thereof do not come into contact with each other (same as the interval c in the first embodiment). has been done. In addition, the distance from the lower end support part at both ends of the steel member 7 to the upper support part 3 when viewed in plan (same as the distance d or d' in the first embodiment) is approximately perpendicular to the vertical tile 5. The dimensions are such that it can be held upright in a position similar to that of the original.

Effects of the present invention As described above in detail in conjunction with the embodiments, the vertical tile holder according to this invention has a structure in which the lower end of the vertically oriented tile 5 is straddled over the horizontal frame members 1, 1. The front edge of the lower end is supported by one lower end support part 6a located approximately in the center of the horizontal frame members 1, 1, and the upper part of the back is held against the upper support part 3. Even if the tile 5 shrinks or undergoes deformation in which the curvature of the valley becomes smaller due to the appearance of residual stress, the lower end of the tile 5 will be damaged by the horizontal frame members 1, 1 on which it rests.
Since the tile is not constrained by more than the frictional force, the deformation is quite free, and the curvature of the valley 5 of the tile is at the bottom (lower end).
It changes almost uniformly from the top to the top. Therefore, the tile 5 that has undergone the firing process will not be defective due to distortion of the curvature of the valley, and the quality and yield in tile manufacturing will be greatly improved.

Moreover, the vertical tile 5 has an upper support part 3 and a lower end support part 6 located at a predetermined distance d from the upper support part 3.
Since it is held in a substantially vertical position with the upper support part 3, a total of two roof tiles 5, 5 can be held leaning against each side of the upper support part 3, so to speak. Moreover, the member 6 maintains a predetermined interval c in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame member 1.
Since the two tiles 5, 5 are held one by one by the lower end support parts 6a, 6a formed with a gap between them, so that they do not touch each other, there is no need to worry about adhesion even with glazed tiles, and there is no need to worry about uneven firing. Therefore, the tiles 5 can be packed in pitches and efficiently held in large numbers, which in turn increases the amount charged in the furnace and contributes to improving the productivity of tiles.
