Prior Art A conventional vertical and horizontal tile holder, as shown in a typical example in Fig. 7 (described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 119199/1983), consists of two parallel horizontal frame members 1 between 2
Vertical beams 2, 2 made of a pair of steel rods are provided, and approximately in the center of the vertical beams 2 are provided a horizontal lower end support portion 3 that supports the front edge of the lower end of the horizontal tile, and a lower end front edge of the vertical tile. A vertical lower end support part 4 for supporting the edge is provided respectively, and a back support part 5 for supporting a relatively upper position of the back surface of the tile is provided in the middle part between the adjacent vertical supports 2. There is.

On the other hand, the lower end support part 3 of the horizontal tile (see tile B in FIG. 2) is slightly larger than the vertical lower end support part 4 and is positioned further away from the back support part 5.
The structure is such that a short steel bar piece is erected vertically upward in the shape of a pin and welded in the center between two parallel steel pieces 6. In order to prevent the lower edge of the horizontal tile supported by the horizontal lower end support part 3 from coming into contact with the steel piece 6, an auxiliary support part 7 of an appropriate height is provided on the horizontal frame members 1, 1. , 7 are stacked on top of each other, and the lower edge of the sideways roof tile is placed on top of this auxiliary support portion 7 to support it in a slightly higher floating state than the steel slab 6.

Next, in the case of the vertical and horizontal tile holder described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-34000, although not shown, it is a rectangular shape with a height dimension that reliably supports the lower front edge of the vertically oriented tile. A frame body with a diamond-shaped planar shape is assembled by combining four plate-shaped steel pieces, and the two diagonal corners of the frame body are formed as vertical lower end supports, and the inside of the diamond-shaped frame body is It has a structure in which a horizontal lower end support portion is provided protruding from approximately the center portion.
In order to ensure that the lower end of the horizontal tile is supported by the horizontal lower end support without contacting the diamond-shaped frame, auxiliary supports are also stacked on top of the horizontal frame. The lower end of the horizontal tile is placed and supported on this auxiliary support.

Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In recent years, kilns have been built smaller with the minimum required volume in order to improve thermal efficiency, and the ceilings of kilns are low. However, in the conventional horizontal tiles, the auxiliary support part 7
Because the tiles are supported high enough to rest on top of them, this can cause accidents such as tiles hitting the ceiling of the kiln and collapsing or toppling over. In addition, in a two-tiered kiln, among the tiles stacked in two tiers, the lower tile may get stuck on the upper shelf and cannot be used, or if used forcibly, the upper shelf may sag during the firing process. However, there was a problem in that the tiles on the lower tier were damaged, resulting in the tiles being defective.

The lower end of the vertical tile is placed directly on the horizontal frame members 1, 1 and supported by the vertical lower end support part 4, but the tile is in contact with the ends of the auxiliary supports 7, 7. If the tiles are left in the firing process, the curvature of the valleys may become distorted due to thermal contraction of the tiles and thermal expansion of the vertical frames, resulting in defective products.

Therefore, the length l of the auxiliary support 7 should be made as short as possible, but if this is done, carelessness or work errors may occur when holding the horizontal tiles upright.
Or, the lower end of the horizontal tile may easily slip off and come off from the auxiliary support 7 due to vibration or impact during movement.
If the tiles are directly subjected to the firing process, the tiles often become distorted, resulting in defective products.

The larger the width W between the horizontal frame members 1, 1, the lower the distortion occurrence rate of the tiles (as proven by various data). If you try to enlarge W, you will have to proportionately shorten the length l of the auxiliary support 7, which will make the above-mentioned problem even worse, so the problem is that the width W cannot be increased unnecessarily. It was hot.

The higher the height H of the back support part 5 is and the higher the position of the tile is supported, the more stable the support state of the tile will be and the less chance of distortion. Horizontal roof tiles that are supported highly inevitably suffer from poor support stability and a high incidence of distortion.

Means for Solving the Problems As a means for solving the problems of the prior art, preferred embodiments of the vertical and horizontal tile holder according to this invention are shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 of the drawings. As shown, it has a pair of vertical and horizontal lower end support parts that support the front edge of the lower end of the tile, and a back support part that supports the upper back side of the tile, and is placed between approximately parallel horizontal frame members. A vertical beam is provided, and the back support portion is located approximately in the center of the vertical beam, and the lower end support portions for the vertical and horizontal portions are located at a distance necessary for leaning and supporting the tile in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame material. In a vertical and horizontal tile holder provided with a pair of vertical and horizontal tile holders, (a) the vertical beams 12 shall consist of at least two bars (regardless of the cross-sectional shape) that are shorter in height than the horizontal frame members 11; They were provided at predetermined intervals at positions lower than the top surface of the horizontal frame member 11 and welded to the horizontal frame member 11, respectively.

The vertical beam 12 has a diameter of φ9 smaller than the horizontal frame material 11.
It consists of a set of two heat-resistant round steel bars. The two vertical beams 12, 12 are the horizontal frame members 11
parallel to each other at an interval of about 62 mm (35 mm at both ends) in the longitudinal direction, and the bottom surface of the vertical frame 12 and the bottom surface of the horizontal frame material 11 were aligned (that is, the horizontal frame material 1
The top surface of the vertical beam 12 is approximately 3 mm lower than the top surface of the vertical frame 12), and each is firmly connected to the horizontal frame member 11 by welding (FIG. 2). Therefore, both horizontal frame members 1
The lower ends of the tiles placed on the tiles 1 and 11 do not come into contact with the vertical beams 12.

That is, between the horizontal lower end support part 13 and the vertical lower end support part 14 (at the joint part 16),

In other words, the bottom surface of the recess a is provided at a depth of about 1 mm lower than the top surface of the horizontal frame member 11, and the notch 17a is
A vertical beam 12 is fitted into the frame, and the two are firmly welded together. In addition, the recess a is sized to easily allow the lower end of the horizontal tile A to be placed directly on the horizontal frame members 11, 11, and the front edge of the lower end is brought into contact with and supported by the horizontal lower end support portion 13. (See Figure 3). Incidentally, in the recessed portion a, the actual distance between the horizontal and vertical lower end support portions 13 and 14 is approximately 20 mm.

Therefore, the horizontal tile A has its lower end connected to the horizontal frame material 1.
1 and 11, and the front edge of the lower end is supported by the horizontal lower end support part 13, and then the rear support part 15 is
It is held upright (Figure 2). Therefore,
Since the actual height of horizontal tiles A above the floor is lowered due to the absence of the conventional auxiliary support part 7 (Fig. 7), there is a risk of accidents where tiles collide with the low ceiling of the kiln, or tiles stacked in two layers above and below. This is extremely useful in eliminating the problem of tiles on the lower tier getting stuck on the shelf boards on the upper tier and resulting in defective products, and also all the problems caused by the conventional auxiliary support 7 are solved. In particular, the sideways tile A, whose fulcrum has been lowered due to the absence of the auxiliary support part 7, is now supported at a higher position by the back support 15, which has the same height as before, increasing the stability of the support state. , the incidence of distortion is reduced.

Effects of the present invention As described above in detail in conjunction with the embodiments, the vertical and horizontal tile holder according to this invention is such that the lower end of the horizontal tile A is placed directly on the horizontal frame material 11 and supported. Because the fulcrum on which the lower end of horizontal tile A is held, or the effective height of the tile above the floor, is lowered, accidents may occur where the tile collides with the low ceiling wall of the kiln, or when the lower tile in a two-tiered kiln collapses. There is no risk of the product getting stuck on the upper shelf board and being pushed, resulting in defective products, improving yield. Not only that, but it is also possible to conversely reduce the size and capacity of the kiln to save energy in terms of heat.

Since the lower end of the tile can be directly placed on the horizontal frame material 11, the risk of defective tiles caused by carelessness or mistakes during the work of holding the tile, which was particularly caused by the conventional auxiliary support, is eliminated. Ru. In addition, since the width between the horizontal frame members 11 and 11 can be expanded relatively freely, it is possible to easily reduce the distortion occurrence rate of the tiles without reducing the absolute number of tiles held. However, the yield will improve.

Since the lower end of the horizontal tile A is placed directly on the horizontal frame material 11 and held, the back support part 15 supports a higher position of the tile A even though its height is the same as before, and supports the tile. The condition is stable and contributes to reducing the rate of distortion occurrence.

Since the structure is assembled by welding, there is no need to prepare wooden molds for each one as in the casting method, so various shapes and sizes can be created depending on the shape and size of the tiles.
Structures can be produced relatively easily, quickly, and inexpensively to meet demand.
