Abstract

PURPOSE: To soften an inner sole at a low temperature such as 50-80 C to be conformable to the projecting and recessed form of the individual planta pedis part of a user to be fitted to each other by using a low temperature thermoplastic resin composite as a part of a plate-like component. CONSTITUTION: A polylactone resin composite or a material obtained by blending the composite with the other resin which is a low temperature themtoplastic resin composite is formed from a slit die as a flat plastic plate about 15mm thick by an extruder and the plate is punched in the form of a foot by a punching press to manufacture an inner sole. As the inner sole can be softened at a temperature of hot water such as 50-80 deg.C, if hot water at 50-80 deg.C or an electric heater is prepared, the plate can be simply worked at any place. Thus, the inner sole can be softened simply by an amateur to be just fitted according to the projecting and recessed shape and the size of planta pedis part of the foot.
