The collector current at the time of short-circuiting the load is not a certain value or larger because the base current of the TR is determined by a constant current circuit, and a constant current type dropping characteristic is caused, and the loss of the TR can be reduced. Since the base of the TR has a certain voltage by a constant voltage circuit, the voltage supplied to the load is stabilized. Thus, the power unit is miniaturized and the cost is reduced.
