Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a sleeve from breakage and to improve the durability of roll by arranging a heat insulator between a water cooled roll shaft and the sleeve and holding the sleeve under elastic pressure in a roll having the water cooled roll shaft packed with ceramics sleeve.
