In this case, there is provided a magnetic shield 21 where a superconductor is arranged in a thin-walled cylindrical shape, which shield is formed, for example, by an oxide superconductor such as Y-Ba-Cu-O. Thus, said magnetic shield 21 can prevent a magnetic flux from leaking to the outside of the magnetic shield by the Meissner effect of a superconductor.
