：コンデンサ、４：抵抗、５：抵抗、６：スイツ
チング素子、７：ツエナーダイオード、８：ダイ
オード、９：抵抗。

ータのパルス幅制御ＩＣのデツトタイムコントロ
ール端子を利用したソフトスタート回路において
、 上記パルス幅制御ＩＣの電源と並列に抵抗及び
スイツチング素子よりなる直列回路を接続し、該
スイツチング素子と並列にツエナーダイオードを
接続すると共に、該ツエナーダイオードのカソー
ド側をパルス幅制御ＩＣのデツトタイムコントロ
ール端子及びデツトタイムコントロール端子に接
続されたコンデンサに接続することを特徴とする
パルス幅制御スイツチングレギユレータのソフト
スタート回路。
