Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the formation of frost in a cold heat part efficiently without the substantial deterioration in the operational efficiency and cooling efficiency of a cold heat machine, by imparting the small amount of heat to a ceramic coating layer that is applied to the surface of a frost formed part of the cold heat part so as to radiate far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: Ceramic coating is baked at the place, where frost is formed, such as the side wall part of a hammer 5 of the cold heat part of a can manufacturing machine in the coating thickness of about 40 to 80 μm. This ceramic coating part radiates far infrared rays by being imparted with the small amount of heat by the blast of hot air or the like. The steam is not condensed, even if it contacts the cold heat part, so that frost formation in the cold heat part can be prevented efficiently.
