ンダクタンス回路パターンをスクリーン印刷して
焼成した厚膜集積回路のインダクタンス回路にお
いて、前記インダクタンス回路パターンの一部又
は全部を覆うように絶縁性磁性材を印刷して焼成
したことを特徴とする厚膜集積回路のインダクタ
構造。
