CONSTITUTION:Via a magnetic control type voltage regulator 26 from an AC power source 12, an induced load 18 is controlled. By a load detecting circuit 32, through the input voltage and input current of the induced load, a load rate is detected. This detected signal is compared with a chopping wave from a chopping wave oscillator 89 by a comparator 90, and pulse width modulation signal 90a is produced. By the use of this signal 90a, a transistor 92 is ON/OFF- controlled, and current flowing through the control winding 24 of the magnetic control type voltage regulator 26 is controlled. As a result, the output of the magnetic control type voltage regulator 26 is controlled, and the induced load is controlled.
