Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet, showing very good punching workability at a temperature near a normal temperature or a normal temperature, by a method wherein phenolic resin, obtained by reacting a specified eleostearate with phenol and, further, with formaldehyde, is employed as an adhesive agent to laminate paper substrates. CONSTITUTION:Eleostearate, shown by R<1>COOR<2> or R<1>COOR<3>OCOR<1> (here, R<1> shows a residue of eleostearic acid, R<2> shows an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 2-18C, R<3> shows an alkylene group or an alkenylene group having 2-10C) is reacted with phenol. Further, the production of the reaction is reacted with formaldehyde to obtain phenolic resin. Paper substrates are laminated by employing the phenolic resin as an adhesive agent. A phenolic laminated sheet having paper substrates, which is prominent in punching workability at a normal temperature or a temperature near the normal temperature, may be obtained.
