シフトキーにより択一的に変速軸へと結合して変
速軸の変速回転を得るキーシフト式変速装置にお
いて、 変速軸10の外周面に沿う円弧部14aと該円
弧部の両側端から略U字形をなして変速軸放射方
向の外向きに張出し変速軸周方向で張出し端を対
向位置する1対のレール部14bとを有する複数
本の板状レール部材14を、変速軸周方向で互い
に間隔をあけて変速軸10の外周面に取付け、該
レール部材14に前記変速歯車11F1,11F
2,11F3,11F4,11F5と前記シフタ
スリーブ12を支承させると共に、該レール部材
14間に前記シフトキー13を設置したことを特
