Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the continuous variable range of an oscillating frequency due to an impressing direct current magnetic field into a wide band by connecting successively alternately serially two magnetostatic wave delaying line type BPFs and two amplifiers for the magnetostatic wave delaying line type oscillator to use an yttrium-iron-garnet thin film and forming a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of a substrate 1 to form an yttrium-iron-garnet thin film 2 are provided and the section is directly connected by two monolithic micro wave amplifiers 6. A transducer 3a to excite the magnetostatic wave and a transducer 3b to receive the magnetostatic wave are provided respectively at a thin film 2. The thin film 2 and the micro wave amplifier 6 are alternately connected, a loop 11 is formed and formed onto an alumina substrate 10.
