Out of these, the dielectric resonator 8 of an input step and the dielectric resonator 9 of an output step, the dielectric resonator 10 between steps and the dielectric resonator 11 between the steps are respectively provided in parallel. Further, between the dielectric resonator 8 of an adjoining input step and the dielectric resonator 9 of an output step, a coupling part 19 is provided. By the constitution, an attenuation pole is held by the frequency of the action area of a filter, the necessary number of the steps of the resonator is minimized and the manufacturing can be facilitated.
