Claims (1)
- 中央の円柱状の陰極と、該陰極に同軸に配置さ
れた円筒状陽極と、該陽極の内周面から前記陰極
に向つて放射状に突出した複数コレクタの陽極片
からなる内部共振器と、前記円筒状陽極の外周に
配置され、前記円筒状陽極に設けられたスロツト
を介して前記内部共振器と一つおきに結合される
外部共振器と、不要モードを吸収する減衰器を配
設した同軸マグネトロンにおいて、前記減衰器が
前記スロツト端部の前記円筒状陽極の内周面上に
設けられた炭素セラミツクからなる第１の減衰器
と、前記円筒状陽極の外周面と前記外部共振器の
前記円筒状陽極に対向する端面との間の小間隙部
に配置された炭素系セラミツクから成る第２の減
衰器とを具備することを特徴とする同軸マグネト
ロン。
