Claims (1)
- 陽極体と外筒部とから高周波電界を成長させる
空胴共振体が構成され、前記陽極体と外筒部が別
体形成され、前記陽極体は複数個の陽極片と各陽
極片を一体的に結合する結合環とから一体形成さ
れて成り、前記陽極体が外筒部に固着されたこと
を特徴とするマイクロ波管。
