Claims (1)
- 電子を放出する円筒形陰極と、この陰極の周囲
に陰極と同軸で中心軸から放射状に配置された複
数の共振空胴からなる陽極と、この陽極の外側に
前記陰極と同軸に円筒形共振空胴を有し、前記陰
極の上下に磁極を有するマグネトロンにおいて、
前記陰極上部にピンを有し、さらに上部の磁極に
ピンを支持するための誘電体製支持体を有するこ
とを特徴とするマグネトロン。
