Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily obtain a magnetic head or a magnetic medium with a low coefficient of friction, by applying a fluorine gas processing on a resin sliding player. Also, since no clear boundary between the surface and the non-fluoridized layer of the inside exists, no peeling is generated between layers.
