却器に循環させる冷凍機と、前記冷却器を配した
恒温槽とからなる低温恒温槽において、前記圧縮
機と膨張弁との間に、圧縮機により圧縮され高温
となつた前記冷媒を前記恒温槽で熱交換させる加
熱管路を設けるとともに、該加熱管路に冷媒の流
量調整弁を設けたことを特徴とする低温恒温槽。 A low-temperature constant temperature bath consisting of a refrigerator that circulates the high-temperature refrigerant compressed by a compressor through a condenser and an expansion valve to a cooler that performs heat exchange, and a constant temperature bath equipped with the cooler.
