同熱交換器にて飲料水と熱交換し、昇温したブラ

イン冷却循環装置に於いて、ブラインの流量は常
に一定とし、ブラインを冷却するブライン冷却器
を満液式又は半満液式とし、前記熱交換器の負荷
の有無とある一定の時間差をとつてブライン冷却
器内の冷媒蒸発圧力を予め熱交換器側にて設定し
た圧力に段階的に変化させるブライン温度制御装
置とにより、常に一定温度のブラインを熱交換器
へ循環供給し、飲料水の冷却温度を一定にするこ
