ート式熱交換器にて飲料水と熱交換したブライン
を貯蔵する高温ブラインタンクと、同高温ブライ
ンタンクからのブラインを冷却するブラインチラ
ーと、同ブラインチラーで冷却されたブラインを
貯蔵する低温ブラインタンクと、前記高温ブライ
ンタンクと低温ブラインタンクとからの夫々のブ
ラインを所定の冷却温度になるよう混合し前記プ
レート式熱交換器へ供給すブライン冷却循環装置
において、前記プレート式熱交換器と前記高温ブ
ラインタンクとの間に、同高温ブラインタンクよ
り小容量のブライン補助タンクを配設し、同補助
タンクと前記低温ブラインタンクとからの夫々の
ブラインを所定の冷却温度に混合し、前記プレー
ト式熱交換器へ供給するようにしたことを特徴と
