    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧縮機で圧縮されて高温となつた冷媒を、凝縮
    器、膨張弁を通して低温にして、熱交換を行う冷
    却器に循環させる冷凍機と、前記冷却器を配した
    恒温槽とからなる低温恒温槽において、前記圧縮
    機と膨張弁との間に、圧縮機により圧縮され高温
    となつた前記冷媒を前記恒温槽で熱交換させる加
    熱管路を設けるとともに、該加熱管路に冷媒の流
    量調整弁を設けたことを特徴とする低温恒温槽。
