Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the omission of a ground clearance sensor, an air compressor and a controller for either a front or rear wheel by providing a pressure correction device comprising a pressure valve and an open/close valve on a pressure pipe between the front and rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:A controller 17 controls a compressor 1 on the basis of a detected signal from a ground clearance sensor 16. When ground clearance drops, for example, compressed air is supplied from the compressor 1 to a pair of air springs 10a and 10b at the side of a rear wheel via a dryer 3 and the like, thereby enlarging the ground clearance. In this case, the controller 17 concurrently opens an open/close valve 14 and compressed air from the compressor 1 is supplied to a reducing valve 13 via a branch pipe 12. According to the aforesaid constitution, compressed air adjusted to pressure higher than the internal pressure of each air spring 10a and 10b at the side of the rear wheel with the reducing valve 13 is supplied to a pair of air springs 15a and 15b at the side of a front wheel. And each valve 13 and 14 constitutes a pressure correction device.
