るとともに、該主回路に並列にプルアツプ抵抗を
接続し、上記ダイオードのカソードと上記スイツ
チングトランジスタのコレクタ間に、充放電制御
用トランジスタを設け、更に上記スイツチングト
ランジスタのコレクタとグランド間に充放電制御
用トランジスタのベース電流を通電するバイパス
ダイオードを付加接続した構成にしたことを特徴
