接続される前記充電回路を構成するコンデンサと
を有し、前記第1のスイツチング素子がオフ状態
にある時に前記コンデンサは略、電源電圧に充電
され、第1のスイツチング素子がオン動作時に前
記発光素子の両端間に電源から供給される電源電
圧に前記コンデンサの充電電圧が重畳されて印加
されるように構成されたことを特徴とする発光素
