Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep a quality of corrugated cardboard homogeneous by deforming a weight roll by allowing the same to follow after a deformation of a hot plate one after another, by a method wherein two sets of bearings are provided on both end parts each of a shaft of the weight roll at predetermined intervals and those bearings are pressurized reversely respectively in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A double facer is deformed into a state of a recessed curved surface recessed downward as shown by a broken line A as heat of the top of a hot plate 9 is taken away according to traveling of a corrugated cardboard sheet 3. In this case, a weight roll 10' is pressurized perpendicularly and reversely at both end parts of a shaft of the weight roll 10' by actuating both pressurizing cylinders 20A, 20B.
