格子とその駆動装置とを詳しく示す斜視図である
。第３図は第１図および第２図の回折格子の作用
の説明図である。第４図および第５図は、第１図
の装置において、第１図のワークと異なる形状の
ワークの保持状態が検出された場合をそれぞれ示
す斜視図である。 １０……レーザ光源、１２……回折格子（回折
格子装置）、１４……凸レンズ（レンズ装置）、
３６……一次元センサ（光センサ）、４０……判
定器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 単一のレーザ光源と、 格子間隔を連続的若しくは段階的に変化させて
    なる光回折格子を備え、前記レーザ光源から発射
    された線状のレーザビームを、該レーザビームの
    波長と前記格子の格子定数とに基づいて決定され
    る複数種類の回折角に従つて回折させることによ
    り、複数本の回折レーザビームに放射状に分光す
    る回折格子装置と、 該回折格子装置によつて分光された複数本の回
    折レーザビームを互いに平行な一群のレーザビー
    ムに変換するレンズ装置と、 前記一群のレーザビームを受ける光センサを備
    えて前記レンズ装置から所定距離離隔して配設さ
    れ、該レンズ装置からの一群のレーザビームの有
    無に基づいて障害物の有無を検出する受光装置と
    、 を含むことを特徴とする光電検出装置。
