    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蒸気を流通する流管に介装されかつ渦発生体を
    装着した本体と、該渦発生体から蒸気流量に比例
    して発生する渦検出信号を処理して蒸気流量を出
    力する演算部とからなる渦流量計において、前記
    渦発生体に該渦発生体を高温熱源とし演算部外筐
    又は演算部外筐近傍を低温熱源とする熱発電素子
    を装着し、該熱発電素子の発生する熱起電力を前
    記演算部の電源としたことを特徴とする蒸気渦流
    量計。
