定することによりダイヤフラムを半径方向外側に
拡張する張力をかけ、かつその張力を所定値に維
持するようにしてなるダイヤフラム型エアーポン
プ。 2 ケーシングの嵌合凸部をフレームの嵌合溝に
嵌合する深さを調節することにより、ダイヤフラ
