【考案の詳細な説明】
[技術分野]
本考案は、ダイヤフラムポンプのような空気圧
縮機の弁取付構造に関し、詳しくは弁の取り付け
及び取り外しを簡単容易に行おうとする技術に関

従来、ダイヤフラムポンプのような空気圧縮機
の弁取付構造は第5図のように、ネジ30にて弁
5を押さえワツシヤ31を介して弁座2に押し付
けて取り付けたり、又、第6図のように、ゴム製
のような弾性を有する弁5に取り付け用の棒状つ
かみ体32を一体に形成し、この棒状つかみ体3
2の大径部33を形成し、そして棒状つかみ体3
2を弁座2の取付孔34に挿入してその大径部3
3で取付孔34から抜け止めを図つて弁5を弁座
に取り付けることが行なわれている。ところで前
者の手段ではネジ30及びワツシヤ31が必要と
なるうえ、ネジ締め工程が必要となるものであ
り、又、後者の手段では弁座2の裏側から棒状つ
かみ体32を引つ張つて取り付ける故、第7図の
ように吐出弁21の交換に際してはこれを取り付
けている圧縮機ケース10を取り外さなけばなら

[考案の開示]
本考案は、弁孔1を形成してある弁座2に弁取
付け用の突部3を突設し、突部3の先端周部より
一定間隔毎に外側方に向けて突出片23を突設し
て大径部4を形成し、弾性を有するとともに弁孔
1を開閉することができる弁5に上記突部3の大
径部4よりも大きく拡張することができるととも
に突部3に弾性的に嵌着する弾性嵌着部7を形成
し、弾性嵌着部7を突部3に弾性嵌着させて弁孔
1を弁5にて閉成して成る空気圧縮機の弁取付構
造にかかるものであり、このように構成すること
によつて、上記目的を達成できるに至つた。つま
り、弁5に突部3の大径部4よりも大きく拡張す
ることができるとともに突部3に弾性的に嵌着す
る弾性嵌着部7を形成し、弾性嵌着部7を突部3
の小径基部6に弾性嵌着させることによつて、ネ
ジやワツシヤを必要とすることなく、弁5の取り
付け交換は弁座2の正面から行うことができ、交
換に当たつて従来のように弁座2を形成している
ケース部分を外さなくてもよいようにしたもので

ル台17とコイル18とをプレート14とヨーク
13との間の〓間に移動自在に挿通し、コイル1
8に交流電流を流すことにより、電磁吸引力或は
電磁反発力並びにスプリング19によつて、一対
のダイヤフラム11,11を往復駆動移動させ
て、圧縮機ケース10に取り付けた本考案の弁5
としての吸入弁20から外気を導入し、次のダイ
ヤフラム11の復動により、吸入空気を圧縮して
上記弁5としての吐出弁21から吐出口22を介
して吐出する周知の空気圧縮機としてのダイヤフ
