Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the environment of a carrier path of a stored article from polluted by radiation by detachably attaching a storage container which airtightly separates the stored article from the outer world and stores it in a carrying article holding part. The robot polluted by the radiation is stored in the container 47 to prevent its carrier path from being polluted.
