Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the reproducibility of acceleration excellent by a method wherein an acceleration input signal is operated directly to control the acceleration of a vibration table while a signal component of the acceleration input signal not containing a frequency spectrum is operated to control the central position of the vibration table. CONSTITUTION:A displacement control mechanism controls a servo valve 6 of a an actuator by means of outputs of a displacement amplifier 10 and a table position setting unit 11, so as to maintain a vibration table in a position corresponding to an output voltage of the setting unit 11. On the other side, an acceleration control mechanism controls the servo valve 6 by means of an acceleration input signal and an output of an acceleration amplifier 13, so as to give the vibration table the acceleration corresponding to the acceleration input signal. Moreover, LPF 15 and HPF 18 are provided for the displacement control mechanism and the acceleration control mechanism respectively, and thereby a cutoff frequency is set so that the two control systems may not interfere with each other. By this constitution, the acceleration input signal is operated directly to control the acceleration and the acceleration input signal is reproduced with fidelity, while a signal of the displacement control system does not affect the spectrum of the acceleration input signal.
