Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of the relays of large capacities, by using a rush current limiting circuit combined with a main power-supply relay 2 set in an indoor control circuit. CONSTITUTION:To a commercial power source 1, a rectifying element 3 is connected via a main power-supply relay 2 driven by a main power-supply relay coil 8, and via a smoothing capacitor 4, as a DC power source, current is fed to an inverter 5. Beside, to a room side control circuit 6, a power source is fed from a power transformer 7, and only when a rush current limiting relay 10 is set in an ON-state by a rush current limiting resistor 9, then via the relay 10, the power source is fed outside a room. Besides, a outdoor controlling circuit 12 is set. Then, in order to feed the power source outside the room, the main powersupply relay 2 is turned OFF, and said limiting relay 10 is turned ON, and via the limiting resister 9, the smoothing capacitor 4 is charged. After that, the relay 10 is turned OFF, and the main power-supply relay 2 is turned ON.
