Abstract

PURPOSE:To compensate the unbalance of a work through drilling accurately, efficiently and automatically by detecting the quantity of the unbalance of the work by an unbalance detecting section and detecting the position of a drill by a drill position transducer. CONSTITUTION:A value held at the output time of a reference-position signal is subtracted from the current value of an output from a drill-position transducer 20 by a subtraction section 22, and a current movement signal from a drill reference position is output. Unbalance is measured from an output from an unbalance detecting section 16 for the geometry of a work, and an unbalance- quantity signal is output. The unbalance-quantity signal and the current movement signal of a drill are compared by a comparator 23, a drill stop signal is output when the drill reaches current movement corresponding to the quantity of unbalance, and the forward movement of a drill unit is stopped. Accordingly, drilling compensating work corresponding to the quantity of the unbalance of the work is conducted automatically.
