Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a magnetic field in a shielding structure by electrically moving and removing a trap magnetic flux pin-anchored by the use of a superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting shield 2 formed of a superconductor is introduced into a ferromagnetic shield 1 formed of a ferromagnetic material, and the whole temperature of the shield 2 is raised to a superconduction transition temperature(Tc) or more. Then, when the temperature of the shield 2 is reduced to the Tc or less, a magnetic flux of a low magnetic field obtained by the shield 1 is pin-anchored as a trap magnetic flux by the use of the shield 2. Then, when a current flows from a drive power source 3 to the shield 2, a force perpendicular to the current direction is added to the trap magnetic flux, which is moved. Then, only the end is raised to the Tc or more to erase the trap magnetic flux, and when it is the reduced to the Tc or less, the trap magnetic flus of the shield 2 can be excluded. Thus, the interior of a shielding structure can be reduced to a low magnetic field.
