Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 2 is inserted from an aperture 1A, a housing lancet 3 is bent backward once, and when the terminal 2 reaches a specific position, a gearing projection 3A drops in a gearing hole 4 of the terminal 2, and the housing lancet 3A returns to the parallel posture. After that, a front plate 9 is inserted from the an aperture 1B. If the terminal 2 is in an imperfect insertion condition, the tip of a terminal removal detecting piece 10 hits the housing lancet 3 which is bent backward. When the front plate 9 is pushed further up to the bottom, the gearing position 11A of a terminal gearing piece 11 is put into the gearing hole 8 of a connector housing 1, and fixed to a fixing member 2A of the terminal 2.
