- 高流速の流体中に挿入され流体の温度を検出す
る同筒、円錐あるいは棒状の温度センサにおいて
、その温度センサの表面にピツチの荒い溝加工又
は軸方向に螺旋状の突起物を設けてなることを特
徴とする高耐振温度センサ。
