Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Linear threads are formed with plural linear conductors 2 parallely arranged to each other at given intervals, and a heat adhesive insula tion sheet 3 filled among conductors 2 is arranged so as to separate plural linear conductors from each other in the state wherein the linear threads are exposed from one side surface of an anisotropic conductive sheet 1. A synthetic fiber etc., composed of a metallic fine line, for instance, metal etc., carbon fiber, and conductive high polymer is used for the conductors 2. Thermoplastic resin of, for instance, polyester system etc., is used for a low melting point adherent type insulation material used for the sheet 1, and the melting point of the insulation material is preferably below 190 deg.C. The degree of the exposure of the conductors 2 from the sheet 3 is set, for instance, to meet the condition of d<=2D/3, where D:wire diameter of conductors 2 and d:embedded depth.
