Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ドリル本体の外周に２つのねじれ溝が形成
され、上記ドリル本体のランドは、その直径が先
端側よりも基端側の方が大径となるように複数段
に形成されるとともに、上記ランドの回転方向側
の縁部にマージンがそれぞれ形成された段付きド
リルにおいて、基端側のランドの回転方向後方の
壁部に、上記ねじれ溝によつて画成される空間に
連通しかつねじれ溝に沿つて延在する副溝を形成
したことを特徴とする段付きドリル。 (2) 前記副溝の外周側を向く底壁面を円筒曲面
に形成し、かつ該底壁面の直径を、基端側のマー
ジンの直径の０．６〜０．８倍の範囲内に設定し
、さらに、副溝以外のランドの外周長さを、その
回転軌跡における円周の０．０５〜０．２倍の範
囲内に設定したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の段付きドリル。 (3) 前記副溝の外周側を向く底壁面を円筒曲面
に形成し、かつ該底壁面の直径を、最も先端側の
ランドの二番取り面の直径とほぼ同一としたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の段付きドリル。
