PURPOSE:To suppress the oscillation of a vehicle caused by duty ratio control by providing an oil pressure oscillation suppressing means for suppressing the oscillation or oil pressure in one or the other of a pair of hydraulic actuators which are fed with oil pressure via a first pressure regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:As a first solenoid valve 272 is turned on or off, the spool 284 of a speed change directional selector valve 262 is moved up or down by means or a pilot oil pressure Pp, to feed oil pressure Pl1 in a first oil passage 80 by means of a first pressure regulating valve into either of hydraulic actuators 70, 72 for adjusting the effective diameter of a movable pulley, via a flow control valve 264, while discharging working fluid discharged out of the other via a second oil passage 82 and a second pressure regulating valve.
