Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent production of a friction force between spring materials and the occurrence of complicated movement and to remove hysteresis, by a method wherein a plurality of spring materials are situated in parallel, and are integrally intercoupled through stays which are not connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of flat spring materials 1 having the same size as each other are disposed in parallel to each other around a central axis Z through stays 2 extending along the direction of the axis of a central axis. The stays 2 for the adjoining flat spring materials 1 are situated in a manner that they are not connected to each other, and the flat spring material 1 is not limited to an annular shape but may be a flat plate. This constitution provides a low cost spring which prevents the production of a friction force between the spring plates and the occurrence of complicated movement, and removes hysteresis.
